The byNacre trademark and the Brand Voice Engine commercial name are commercial designations of the publisher. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.
byNacre is a strategic assistance tool. The recommendations produced by the Consultante are indicative and cannot substitute for professional advice. The publisher cannot be held responsible for decisions made on the basis of the tool's recommendations.
This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

byNacre offers an artificial intelligence service specialized in luxury marketing, available by monthly subscription. The service includes:
byNacre is an assistance tool, not a professional advisory service.
Access to the Consultante requires creating an account and paying a subscription. By creating your account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, not share your access with third parties, and be at least 18 years of age.
The Consultante subscription is offered at the following rates:
Billing is handled by Stripe. Payments are charged automatically at each renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account, access remains active until the end of the current period.
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services delivered immediately with your express consent at sign-up.
The subscription is subject to a monthly token generation quota. Beyond the quota, the service continues with the tool's built-in knowledge. The quota renews at the start of each billing cycle.
It is strictly prohibited to: attempt to circumvent security measures, use the service to produce illegal content, resell or sublicense access, or use unauthorized automated means.
You retain full rights to the content you provide (brand information, conversations, Brand Voice Profile). byNacre acquires no rights over your content.

Account data: email address, encrypted password (never stored in plain text). If you use Google sign-in, only your email and name are transmitted.
Billing data: collected and processed directly by Stripe. byNacre never has access to your full payment information.
Brand Voice Profile: information provided during onboarding is stored in our secure database and strictly necessary to operate the service.
Conversations: your exchanges with the Consultante are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses, and stored so that you can access your history.
Technical data: IP address (security), connection timestamps, usage counters.
byNacre uses no advertising cookies, no marketing trackers, and no third-party behavioral analytics tools.
The only cookies present are strictly necessary for the service to function:
No third-party cookies. No tracking pixels. No browsing data shared with advertisers.
Transfers to third countries are made on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and restriction over your data. To exercise them: bynacre@proton.me

Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption of passwords, access control via Row-Level Security (RLS) on the database, isolation of data between users.
